Main Duties

  • Be responsible for the smooth and timely daily operation of Technical Support Group during his/her shift
  • Follow up troubleshooting and defects rectifications and maintenance checks requested from customer/airlines and compliance with procedures and requirements of the Company, customers/airlines and regulatory authorities
  • Lead and deploy maintenance teams to provide quality fleet technical management services to customers/airlines
  • Coordinate with Production team to handle ad hoc critical maintenance tasks
  • Report irregularities/discrepancies to Superiors/Management and for Management analysis
  • Be the focal point of contact with customers/airlines for daily operation related to technical issues
  • Prepare daily maintenance reports as required by customers/airlines


  • Minimum 10 years’ working experience in aircraft maintenance
  • Possess HKAR66 license is preferable
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in PC skills
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Require shift duties in roster basis
