Main Duties

      • Provide accounting and administrative support to the department
      • Input billing data, payment and receipt voucher into General Ledger System
    • Issue cheque / TT application for various types of payments
  • Prepare revenue, expenses and other analysis for management review
  • Assist in salaries tax return preparation including form IR56B & 56F and other related submission to IRD
    • Other ad-hoc tasks


    • Certificate in Accounting with at least 2 years accounting experience or higher level with 1 year working experience
  • Excellent in PC application, especially Word and Excel
  • Familiar with Sun Accounting Systems is an advantage
  • Mature, responsible, careful, highly initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
