Senior Customer Account Officer

Main Duties

    • Be responsible for the total satisfaction of assigned airlines and customer accounts
  • Show a strong sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers for effective sales acquisition and retention
  • Handle customer inquiries in a skillful and professional manner within a set timeframe
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies and tactics for new business generation
  • Work well with internal departments in coordinating customer related issues
  • Coordinate and fully support customers visits, events, industrial exhibitions and other ad hoc projects
  • Plan and execute the logistics of serving new customers, business or ad hoc projects
  • Prepare and periodically review tender documents and business contracts
  • Assist in handling sourcing, stock keeping and inventory updating of company marketing materials
  • Assist Manager in report preparation and analysis and update client / customer database
  • Assist in regularly updating and maintaining corporate website
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department

Requirements

    • Degree or above holder in marketing, business administration or other related discipline
  • At least 5 years working experience, proven exposure in marketing or customer services related discipline is an advantage
  • Knowledge in aviation industry is a merit
  • Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 and 2 is preferable
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese typing
  • Less experience will be considered as Customer Account Officer
