Corporate Communication Officer

Main Duties

  • Being the corporate contact point with media including writing and distributing news releases and responding to media inquiries
  • Monitor news from social media that is related to the corporate and suggest appropriate action to management whenever necessary
  • Responsible for the publication of Company newsletter and websites updating
  • Provide editorial support on corporate communication activities in order to promote the corporate image
  • Support publication related to marketing and commercial exposure
  • Assist Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to prepare speeches and materials for publication and presentation
  • Undertake any tasks as requested by CEO


  • University graduate in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations and / or other job related field
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good professional presentation skills
  • Excellent organizing and planning
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
  • Full computer literate – skilled and confident in using office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
