Customer Account Manager

Main Duties

  • Develop career in customer support and marketing role with dedication from aircraft technical field
  • Build and maintain relationship with existing and potential customer for effective sales acquisition and retention
  • Regularly visit existing and potential customers in Hong Kong and overseas
  • Prepare and periodically review tender documents and business contracts and protect the Company's interest and risks in contract and pricing negotiation
  • Skillfully handle customer inquiries in a professional manner within a set timeframe
  • Work well with internal departments in coordinating customer related issues and serve as an effective liaison between customers and our internal operation departments

Requirements

    • Degree or above in Aircraft Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience preferable in Aircraft Maintenance or Aircraft Engineering Industry
  • Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Customer services oriented, good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • High flexibility and adaptability, able to work under pressure
  • Less qualification will be considered as Assistant Customer Account Manager
