Customer Account Manager

Main Duties

    • Responsible for assigned airlines/customers’ accounts with strong sense of integrity and commitment
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies and tactics for new business generation
  • Review and forecast the market trends and competitive activity, compile market information and statistics for marketing plan and strategies development
  • Build and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Marketing and promoting the Company as a preferred maintenance organisation and ramp services provider
  • Prepare and review tender documents and business contracts

Requirements

    • Degree or above in marketing, business administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience preferable in aviation industry
  • Work exposure and academic background related to Engineering is defintely an advantage
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Customer services oriented, good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • High flexibility and adaptability, able to work under pressure
  • Less qualification will be considered as Assistant Customer Account Manager
