Duty Manager

Main Duties

    • Supervise and monitor the performance of team of cleaners and supervisors
  • Ensure all policies and procedures set out are being executed
  • Analyse and monitor the current system of provision to ensure effectiveness by analysing reports, statistics and managing day-to-day activities
  • Manage overall daily operations through effective advance planning and allocation of manpower and resources
  • Deputise Operation Manager and be in-charge of the Cabin Services Department (CS) during his/her absence


    • Degree holder or above
  • At least 7 years working experience, exposure in aviation is preferable
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Good team player with communication and interpersonal skills
  • High flexibility and adaptability
  • Customer-oriented, good organiser and planner
  • Innovative mind set and able to work under time pressure
  • Require shift duties on roster basis
