Main Duties

        • Handle security pass issuance and ensure all in a timely manner and comply with the security pass application requirements
  • Input data of the Security System and Carpark Record properly and accurately
  • Perform general administration duties including preparation of daily job order, reports, notice, circulars, renewal of certificates, license, contracts and handling of purchase order and payments record
  • Arrange general procurement and co-ordination of contractors for routine maintenance work
  • Handle complaints and inquires of internal customers
  • Liaise with the various contractors, such as cleansing contractor, security contractor and other maintenance contractors
  • Assist Facility Management Officer to handle with the Environmental Management and Safety Management of Facility Management Department
  • Handle shuttle bus services and vehicle management


  • F.5 / HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years admin experience in facilities management industry
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
          • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to over-time work
  • Detail oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking, high sense of responsibility and willing to learn
