CASL supported the Japan Airlines (JAL) Paper Plane Contest for the second year in a row, to inspire youngsters’ interests in aviation and encourage them to pursue their dreams in aviation. Over 100 primary school students from 2 Hong Kong Japanese Schools had a Paper Plane Contest at CASL.

The students learnt how to fold paper planes with origami skills and the mechanism of a real aircraft, and then flew their own paper planes at CASL hangar.
