PASSING ON THE TORCH 薪火相傳
CASL, as a major service provider for aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul, craves talents who can carry on with our
core values. The Engineering Trainee Programme set up in 2015 is one of the talent acquisition & development channels
to nurture potential staff towards management level. Coming to the fourth batch of the programme, we will walk through
with the latest intake of trainees to share their thoughts before and after joining CASL.

年正式推出的工程培訓生計劃便是中飛公司吸納和培育管理人才的重要途徑。 現時計劃已經來到第四屆，我們將和最
新加入的工程培訓生分享他們加入中飛公司前後的心路歷程。
A Dream Interwoven with Career 把理想變成事業

Dexter has developed an embedded passion towards aircraft
maintenance since childhood. Having joined CASL for several
months, he is astounded by how much care and responsibility
it takes to make an aircraft flyable.

Dexter 自小就對飛機維修培養出濃厚的興趣， 加入中飛後
更是大開眼界， 深深感受到一架飛機能安全升空背後所肩
負的重大責任。
