Our maintenance team’s responsible manner, professional and efficient service impressed the airline as we demonstrated the CASL SPIRIT.Airport Safety Recognition Scheme 2020/21 Safety surely is our top concern, we are even more encouraged to do better upon receiving third-party recognition praising our safety performance.
Both with our Line Maintenance team, our mechanic Chan Wai Him and supervisor Tsang Tim Pui received certificates from Hong Kong International Airport in May 2021 at the Airport Safety Recognition Scheme 2020/21 for their outstanding accident prevention measures. HKIA Safety Performance Award 2019 With our outstanding safety performance, CASL is pleased to receive the Safety Performance Award 2019 in May 2020 from the Hong Kong International Airport.HKIA Zero Injury Award 2019 CASL is pleased to receive the Zero Injury Award 2019 in May 2020 from the Hong Kong International Airport again.12th consecutive Ramp Incident Free Award from JAL CASL was awarded the Ramp Incident Free Award for the 12th consecutive year from Japan Airlines’ Hong Kong Station on April 20, 2020 in recognition of our efforts and support, as well as the outstanding safety performance achieved.AAHK Airfield and Baggage Hall Safety Campaign Award 2019 As a company that upholds safety, CASL is often recognized for its dedication in contributing to a safe environment at Hong Kong International Airport. We received the Airfield and Baggage Hall Safety Campaign Award 2019 from the Airport Authority Hong Kong.

Nine CASL staff members received the “Cross-Company Excellence Awards” Nine cabin service staff of CASL received the “Cross-Company Excellence Awards” for successfully retrieving a backpack with four passports and a large amount of cash for a group of 14 passengers on April 2, 2018 on a Cathay Dragon flight. The passengers were highly impressed and a compliment letter was given by them for our good services.
The HKIA Customer Service Excellence Programme (CSEP) Awards were launched in 2002 to recognize outstanding individuals, teams and companies for service excellence, and to encourage the airport community to continuously pursue exceptional customer service.Congratulations to Japan Airlines Hong Kong Branch CASL would like to extend its warm congratulations to Japan Airlines (JAL) Hong Kong branch, which received its internal award of FY2018 Best Performance International Airport among 43 overseas branches, for the outstanding performance on Safety, On time Performance, Value Score, Good Service Mile and Airport Revenue Growth.
As a token of gratitude, JAL also presented a Certificate of Appreciation to CASL in recognition of our effort in providing quality service and the continuous contribution made.
2018/19 HKIA Safety Excellence Award–Merit CASL received the 2018/19 HKIA Safety Excellence Award–Merit to commend the Company for its contributions in the aspects of aviation, occupational safety and health of its staff members. -

For the 13th consecutive year, CASL was awarded the Ramp Incident Free Commendation from Japan Airlines’ Hong Kong Station on March 30, 2021 in recognition of our outstanding safety efforts and performance.
