Main Duties

• • Assist in monitoring various hangar system which include but not limited to fire system, water supplies system, air conditioning system as well as the general electrical maintenance work to ensure the hangar is under normal operation
• Conduct building maintenance and repair work as assigned from time to time
• Assist the Department in handling the daily facilities repair and maintenance activities including to conduct internal renovation work or other additional facilities modification works as required by the Department
• Conduct Company internal decoration work to help upkeep the decoration of the Company’s property so as to maintain the hangar building in a good aesthetic conditions at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

• • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline
• Possess valid Grade A or B Electrical Worker License and Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 and 2
• At least 3 years relevant building services system maintenance experience whereas exposure of air conditioning maintenance is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
