Main Duties

• • Assist Senior Supervisor in team performance in daily operation and ensure the service is delivered up to contractual requirements
• Ensure the subordinates are fully compliance with in–house and authority safety rules and regulations
• Ensure teams have followed the company guidance and policies
• Assist in the good housekeeping of the working areas including staff crew room, control room and store room
• Ensure the company’s properties, equipment, tools are in good conditions
• Assist Senior Supervisor in resources deployment including equipment, tools, vehicles and people effectively and efficiently
• Assist in answering enquires from customers, like airlines, AAHK in professional manner when the absence of Senior Supervisor
• Perform leading role of the team and maintain harmonious working environment among members
• Assist Senior Supervisor in report preparation including accident and injury cases and collect data for reports analysis
• Report any irregularities to Senior Supervisor and Management in timely manner
• Handle customers’ complaints and requests in professional manner
• Perform driving duties whenever necessary

Requirements

• F.5 / DSE or above
• At least 5 years supervision experience in cleaning or hotel industries
• Holding valid Hong Kong Driving License classes 1,2 (Driving License class 10 is an advantage)
• • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Require shift duties on roster basis
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
