Service Delivery Operator
Main Duties
-
- Manage EO, LO, RO according to operation procedures and customers' (Airbus) requirements with different systems
- Handle phone calls and email inquiries of customer(s) promptly and professionally
- Manage AOG / CRI orders from customers in proper procedures
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports, memos and other documents
- Consistently looking to improve the working environment
Qualifications and Requirements

- Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing Management / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
- Lean Six Sigma exposure or Project Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience and exposure in the aviation industry is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in using ERP systems, and knowledge of SAP is a merit
- Good communication, detail-oriented, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer applications Sera, EnpowerMX, AMESIS and various partner portals
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus)
- Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 and 2
- Shift work is required
