Service Delivery Officer

Main Duties

    • Manage different orders according to operation procedures and customers (Airbus) requirements
  • Prepare regular reports, memos and other documents
  • Respond to customer enquiry phone calls and emails promptly in a professional manner
  • Communicate and coordinate among internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management or related discipline
  • 4 years of relevant supply chain management experience in sizable organizations whereas experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication and analytical skills, detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Require shift duties on roster basis
