Service Delivery Operator

Main Duties

    • Manage EO, LO, RO according to operation procedures and customers' (Airbus) requirements with different systems
  • Handle phone calls and email inquiries of customer(s) promptly and professionally
  • Manage AOG / CRI orders from customers in proper procedures
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers
  • Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports, memos and other documents
  • Consistently looking to improve the working environment

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing Management / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
  • Lean Six Sigma exposure or Project Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience and exposure in the aviation industry is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in using ERP systems, and knowledge of SAP is a merit
  • Good communication, detail-oriented, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications Sera, EnpowerMX, AMESIS and various partner portals
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus)
  • Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 and 2
  • Shift work is required
