Compliment from China Airlines
On 2 March 2015, the door of an A330 passenger aircraft of China Airlines was accidentally damaged by an air-bridge during its transit in Hong Kong, it was not able to continue its next flight.
CASL deployed resources efficiently and completed the door replacement that night, the aircraft resumed its service the next day.
We received an appreciation letter from China Airlines for our professional inspection and repair work, which minimized the ground-time of the aircraft and enabled the aircraft to resume service shortly afterwards.

CASL received a compliment letter from China Airlines for our all-out effort in the urgent aircraft door replacement task.
