CASL was recognised as "Manpower Developer" by ERB in 2016 for its outstanding achievement in manpower training and development. ERB strives to promote manpower development. Furthermore, it has been organising career talks to help young people with career planning since 2013-14.

CASL has also been supporting students with career planning during these years. A company visit was held for students from Pok Oi Hospital 80th Anniversary Tang Ying Hei College by CASL and ERB, with in-depth introduction by CASL’s experienced aircraft maintenance engineer.
