Racial diversity is celebrated not only at our workplace, but also externally at our renowned company visits. Last Friday, CASL welcomed 13 secondary school students from multicultural backgrounds with Caritas Youth and Community Service to visit our aircraft maintenance hangar.

Further to our pledge via the signing of the Equal Opportunities Commission’s Racial Diversity and Inclusion Charter, CASL is proud to be a partner with Caritas’ Mentorship Alliance of “Providing Life Planning Education Activities for Non-Chinese Speaking Students in Secondary Schools”. We support the Caritas program commissioned by the HKSAR’s Education Bureau by helping non-Chinese speaking students explore the aviation industry, understand the workplace culture and operations of aircraft maintenance, and connect education with their career aspirations and planning.
