CASL believes building a fair and respectful working environment is conducive to corporates and society. To continuously create an accepting and harmonious workplace, and promote equal employment opportunities among all persons irrespective of their sexual orientation, CASL took part in a new corporate services responsibility initiative early this year and have become one the latest signatories of the Code of Practice against Discrimination in Employment on the Ground of Sexual Orientation headed by the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau of the HKSAR Government.
CASL will continue to review and refine our human resources policies and raise awareness in equality and inclusion through our communication channels as we take actions in eliminating discriminatory practices within our community.
