We are pleased to announce from 23 Aug 2024, Mr Norbert Marx has taken up the role of Chief Executive Officer of China Aircraft Services Limited (CASL).

Norbert has spent his entire professional career in aviation with extensive experience in managing MRO operations. Before he retired in 2022, Norbert was the GM/CEO of GAMECO (Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Company Limited), a JV of China Southern Airlines and Hutchison Whampoa China, he led a team of 7000 employees providing outstanding maintenance services for base, line and component businesses. His past experience in Lufthansa Technik (in Germany/USA) and AMECO (Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Corporation) at senior management positions demonstrated his strong leadership and rich knowledge in aviation and MRO industry.

Norbert is well recognized in the field. He received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” issued by Aviation Week Network during MRO Asia-Pacific in September 2023.

Norbert will lead the CASL Management Team to excel and provide outstanding services to our valuable customers.
