Dedicated to promoting the aviation industry in Hong Kong, especially to the younger generation, China Aircraft Services Limited (CASL) supports the Youth Career Exploration Programme, which is jointly organized by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) and Hang Seng Bank.  The Programme is aimed to nurture a positive mindset towards career development among young people and it exposes participants to diverse sectors including airport operations. 

Cooperating with HKCSS, CASL organized company visit activity for the youth so that they could understand more about the operations of aircraft maintenance and the career prospect.  On 19 March 2014, participating students came to CASL and had a guided tour at its aircraft maintenance hangar and support shops facilities.
