Assistant Engineer (Facility Management)

Main Duties

    • Supervision of technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
  • Assist manager in carrying out building-related & hangar facilities improvement work and renovation projects
  • Prepare quotation, tender document, technical & services report, estimate and budget for maintenance work
  • Investigation of cause of building defects and system breakdown and preparation of follow-up report and proposal for preventive measures
  • Review and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the safety and proper functioning of facilities

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Certificate or High Diploma in electrical/ mechanical/ building services engineering or related studies
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to handle pressurised situations
  • Good planning and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently in maintenance and project tasks
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD or similar IT software
  • Posses A0 registered electrical worker licence & Driving Licence Class 1 is an advantage
