Assistant Engineer (Facility Management)
Main Duties
-
- Supervision of technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
- Assist manager in carrying out building-related & hangar facilities improvement work and renovation projects
- Prepare quotation, tender document, technical & services report, estimate and budget for maintenance work
- Investigation of cause of building defects and system breakdown and preparation of follow-up report and proposal for preventive measures
- Review and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the safety and proper functioning of facilities
Qualifications and Requirements
-
- Certificate or High Diploma in electrical/ mechanical/ building services engineering or related studies
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to handle pressurised situations
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Able to work independently in maintenance and project tasks
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD or similar IT software
- Posses A0 registered electrical worker licence & Driving Licence Class 1 is an advantage
