IT Support Officer
Main Duties

- Provide efficient and effective system and network support to the Company which includes but not limited to network, middleware and database maintenance, window server based systems integration, management and support, service and storage, end user computing and application platforms enhancement, trouble shoot upgrade and testing

- Provide efficient internal technical support and trainings to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external parties for root cause analysis and sustainable solutions
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure system delivery meets with business specifications
- System Administration, ensure security & performance of IT systems, networks and facilities
- Assist in IT projects & ad-hoc tasks
- Researching & recommend new technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications and Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology or other related disciplines

- Minimum 3 years IT experience in designing and deploying network / system infrastructure / integration / building automation
- Proficient in Windows Server & PC operating system
- Experienced in network security, Cisco IOS, VMware, Azure, M365, Java, XML, .Net, SQL server, Linux, iOS, Android and / or development of IT technical architecture plans is an advantage
- Able to communicate in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Detail oriented, analytical mindset and a self-motivated team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Require to work outside normal office hours / travel to overseas, if necessary
- Candidates have less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Support Officer
