Main Duties

• • Lead the supervisor to monitor the daily work of the technical team, ensuring the facility is in good and safe condition
• Plan daily maintenance, repair work & maintain proper records and review works history in the FM System
• Assist FM Manager in performing, and inspecting all maintenance and project work are done safely, correctly and in a manner that will comply with local regulations
• Plan new works, A&A works, and minor work projects and submit the reports of the facility and equipment to FMM for review and improvement
• Ensure the fire suppression system and building services facilities are running in normal and good conditions
• Perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call-out duty as assigned
• Carry out other duties as assigned by FMM / Head of COS

Qualifications and Requirements

• • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Building Studies / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering discipline
• Grade A or B Registered Electrical Worker license, Member of   CIBSE, HKIE, RICS & HKIS or related professional bodies is an advantage
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in building services maintenance or facility management, and a proven track record in fire service facilities and electrical systemsCoordinate and supervise in-house technicians and contractors on works related to planned maintenance, routine inspections, replacements, improvements, and upgrades, etc
• Assist in preparing drawings and documentation for maintenance work orders, routine maintenance contracts, tender documents, and project delivery
• Conduct troubleshooting and system failure analysis, and provide solutions for enhancement services
• Good communication and reporting skills, and be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, Project management scheduling, etc
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Class 1 or/and 2
