Main Duties

• • Leading the Facility Management & Tenant Restricted Area (TRA) Security Management Divison
• Oversee all facilities management activities to facilitate the operation departments to achieve the business goal
• Ensure all projects, maintenance schedules and repair work are completed on time and always kept safe
• Prepare the budget of CAPEX & OPEX and review the facility's expenses, also submit a monthly report to the Department Head
• Review and monitor the performance of contractors/ vendors/ facilities management service providers under contract terms and conditions
• Plan and work with the relevant departments to achieve the goal of the environmental management plan and the sustainability matters
• Act as Security Manager of TRA at the HKIA, representing the Company to handle all matters of aviation security within TRA
• To review the TRA Security Management Programme and carry out the internal audit of that periodically
• To ensure the security and permit system is maintained in a good manner
• Ad-hoc work tasks and night work if required by the Department Head

Qualifications and Requirements

• • Bachelor's Degree or above in Surveying, Facility Management, or Engineering related discipline
• Member of HKIS, RICS, HKIFM, IFMA, IWFM, HKIE is an advantage
• Requires at least 7 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in a managerial role; experience as a site manager is a plus
• • Familiar with Building Ordinances and related ordinances
• Oversee daily operations, to execute the planned maintenance work and periodical inspections, and planning of A&A work s/Modification works
• • Self-starter, pro-active working attitude and good presentation skills
• Detailed oriented and good in SMART Thinking
• • Strong leadership and management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• • Proficiency in MS Office
• Driving Licence 1 or 2
