Technical Training

CASL provides various technical training to support and enhance our people’s technical know-how and skills. Supported by our dedicated training professionals, CASL ensures the training is delivered to meet the requirements of aviation regulatory authorities, customers as well as those of CASL internally. CASL’s training programs cover including but not least the following scopes:

  • Introduction and orientation to newly-hired staff
  • Human factors training
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance in both ramp and base working environment
  • Safety Management System
  • Regulations of CAAC and AACM for fulfilling JMM requirements
  • Practical training on sheet-metal repair and composite material repair
  • Aircraft type general familiarization
  • Critical Design Configuration Control Limitations
  • Electrical Wiring Interconnection System

CASL is also a HKAR-147 Approved Maintenance Training Organization providing the following aircraft type maintenance training:

  • B737-600/700/800/900 Mechanical (B1)
  • B737-600/700/800/900 Avionics (B2)
  • A319/320/321 Mechanical (V2500) (B1)
  • A319/320/321 Avionics (V2500) (B2)
