Repair Order Operator

Main Duties

    • Key responsibility in handling VIP Customer service orders
  • Determine whether the received unserviceable goods belong to the correct category to follow up with various procedure
  • Handle the transactions and manage the Aircraft Configuration in customer systems, based on the information provided by airlines customers
  • Handle the transactions to ensure the on-time creation of the Repair Orders for the unserviceable components returned in customer pools in scope per contractual requirement
  • Handle the transactions and manage the Repair Order Blockage (ROB) for the pools in scope
  • Support the Customer Order Desk (COD) by issuing structured reports of all configuration information expected from customers
  • Be accountable for the customer systems data accuracy and manage the resolution of the customer systems' abnormal situations

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering
  • Lean Six Sigma exposure or Project Management
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Logistics, MRO services, supply chain aerospace
  • Familiarity with the engineering, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain domains of an airline or an MRO is advantageous
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Skills or Google Application
  • Good time management, team spirit with teamwork
  • Fair English communication and writing skills
  • Rigor, agile, manner and discipline in the quality of work delivered and meeting deadlines
