Main Duties

• • • • • • Assist the Manager to provide efficient and effective system and network support to the Company which includes but not limited to network, middleware and database maintenance, window server based systems integration, management and support, service and storage, end user computing and application platforms enhancement, trouble shoot upgrade and testing
            
• Proactively recommend constructive ideas for the  continuous improvement of the Company’s system and network enhancement in order to align the Company’s development and the market trend
• Assist the Manager to set up IT policies for stakeholders and users so as to protect the interest and information of the Company
• Provide efficient internal technical support and trainings to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external parties for root cause analysis and sustainable solutions
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure system delivery meets with business specifications

Qualifications and Requirements

• • • • • • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Engineering Technology or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years IT experience in designing and deploying network / system infrastructure / integration / building  automation
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows PC operating system
• Experienced in network security, VMware, Java, XML, .Net, SQL server and / or development of IT technical architecture plans is an advantage
• Able to communicate in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Detail oriented, analytical mindset and a self-motivated team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates have less experience will be considered as IT Support Officer
