Customer Support Manager

Main Duties

      • Be responsible for customer support for Base maintenance customers
  • Cultivate positive business relationship with existing customers for effective business execution after sales acquisition
  • Execute contracts acquired by Sales, know commercial terms and implement
  • Perform upselling for existing clients if applicable
  • Regularly visit customers in both Hong Kong SAR and overseas, if applicable
  • Liaise with Finance department to support billing of base maintenance events
  • Skillfully handle customer inquiries in a professional manner within a set timeframe
  • Coordinate proficiently among internal departments for customer related issues and establish effective connections among customers and our internal operation departments

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree or above in Aircraft Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Business Administration or other related disciplines
    • At least 3 years relevant working experience preferable in Aircraft Maintenance or Aircraft Engineering Industry
  • Customer services oriented, good interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Customer services oriented, good interpersonal, commercial and presentation skills
  • High flexibility and adaptability, able to work under pressure
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
