Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment)

Main Duties

        • Be responsible for recruitment function and execute end-to-end recruitment process which includes but not limited to drafting job analysis, post advertisements, candidates selection, negotiating offer, preparing employment agreements and coordinating on boarding process for new hires
  • Compile analytics on recruitment statistics
  • Manage staff attendance and leave data in HRIS on regular basis to facilitate report generation for payroll processing
  • Participate in various annual exercises which includes but not limited to performance management, salary benchmarking and budget preparation
  • Answer staffs’ inquiries related to HR policies
  • Organize and support company-wide activities which includes but not limited to Annual Dinner, Christmas party as well as Company visit
  • Compile various HR related reports and data analysis for management review and identify improvement actions, if necessary
  • Proactively bring up suggestions for enhancement and continuous improvements in responsible section
  • Ensure all HR guidelines and policies are in compliance with legal requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

      • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
      • At least 4 years’ relevant work experience gained from sizable MNC
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Proficient in MS office applications, especailly MS Excel
  • Well organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
